Shipping + Payment Info

Currently we have two payment methods:

-Cash on Delivery (COD)
-Direct Bank Deposit / Transfer

Important information:

• Processing and delivery time for your order is 10 working days.
• You should receive it within 10 working days. Working days exclude all holidays and weekends.
• If you need your order sooner than the stated 10 working days, please email us at prismsandpaintbrushes@gmail.com or shoot us a DM on Instagram and we'll try to help out best we can.
• Orders once placed can ONLY be cancelled within 24 hours, by sending us an email at prismsandpaintbrushes@gmail.com with your order number.
• Customers who reject a COD package at their doorstep will be banned immediately from shopping again, or will have to pay in advance for their next order.
• If you have placed a COD order, but your city is not mentioned in the list below, you will be contacted via email OR WhatsApp, and will be asked to pay via Bank Deposit. You can also opt to cancel your order at that point.

We provide Cash on Delivery to the following Pakistani cities for now:

Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
